Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery across Lebanon and worldwide, which means you can send your order to almost any place in Lebanon or the world. If for any reason we are not able to deliver to your requested destination, we will notify you right after your order is placed.

Can you deliver orders to business addresses or hospitals?

Yes we can. It’s very important, however, that you provide full and accurate information about a recipient in hospital, including full name, and number and full hospital address.

Can I send my order anonymously?

We do respect to the end your will of being all mysterious, and we promise not to reveal your true identity to anybody at all.
Moreover, for data protection purposes, all information provided by the sender is kept anonymous. All the recipient will see will be the card message.

With which company do you ship the orders?

We ship the orders with DHL Express.

What are your shipping rates?

US$ 18.45 for 1 kg
US$ 18.45 for 2 kgs
US$ 23.45 for 3 kgs
US$ 28.45 for 4 kgs
US$ 28.45 for 5 kgs
Add US$ 5 for every additional Kg

How many kg do you ship to Europe?

The Max order we can ship to Europe is 4 kg only.

Warranty

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support specifying the corresponding order number or call us.
In order to ensure cancellation and a refund you must provide a minimum of 36 hours notice. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund your payment.

How do I know my order was delivered successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been delivered. You can also check on the status of your order in your account, or by sending an email to our Customer Care.

What happens if the recipient customer is not at the delivery address?

If possible we will leave the products with a neighbor if you agreed and put a note on the recipients door. Otherwise we will take the products back and leave a note on the recipients door.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our primary and recommended payment method is by Credit Card. However, we do accept payments by bank transfer or through WESTERN UNION money transfer.
NB: Please contact our Customer Care for other alternative payment methods.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We mainly accept all Visa and MasterCard card types. If for any reason we are not able to process your credit card payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
