- 1/2 Toast Bread (not toasted)
- 800 cc of Milk
- 1 tblspoon full of Corn Flour
- 200 mg Fresh Cream
Cut the inside of the toast bread into small pieces, then add 750 cc of Milk, boil and stir.
In a sepatare bowl dilute 1 tblspoon full of Corn Flour in the remaining 50 cc of Milk.
Add the diluted Corn Flour to the boiling Toast Bread, and boil for 2 more minutes.
Turn off and stir till it becomes warm.
Leave it till it gets cold, then add the Fresh Cream and stir till it becomes ready.
Put the Kashta in the refrigerator before adding it on top of the Mafroukeh, and BON APPETIT.
